Best Firewood and Mulch, a family-owned business, located in Aurora, IL prides itself in offering high-quality firewood, mulch and landscaping services throughout the Chicago, Illinois area including, but not limited to, Aurora, Batavia, Geneva, St Charles, and Naperville.
Please Note – All firewood orders placed during this mulch season, please allow 1-10 business days, We are experiencing a high volume of firewood since Covid, which takes a little longer to deliver, during Mulch season.
High-quality firewood and mulch products
We offer high-quality firewood and mulch products and take pride in our superior customer service. All of the wood used for our firewood and mulch is purchased locally and is cut, split and stored onsite. We specialize in delivering high-quality, well-seasoned hardwoods including ash, elm, maple, walnut, oak, cherry, hickory, and birch. These types of wood provide maximum heat with a minimum amount of residue. Our hardwood mulch is produced onsite from only solid hardwood logs. NO REMOVAL OR WASTE PRODUCTS ARE USED.
All our firewood is seasoned! To avoid the elements, it is best to order your firewood August through October. If ordering firewood during wet seasons, once your delivery arrives, you will need to keep a 2-day supply inside next to your hearth. A hearth wood ring will dry any seasonal moisture from snow or ice on the firewood.
